		<description>Thanks for the article. I agree with your comments, having attended this year. There is alot of room for improvement on the marketing side of this event. We attended the show on Saturday afternoon and were pleasantly surprised that we had so much access the Ontario winery representatives. Served us well in preparation for a trip to Niagara on the Lake the following week. Sorry I missed the tutored tastings - that would have been great fun had I noticed it!</description>

Nice blog, however you have a few facts wrong about Chef Charlie Ayers.  Chef Charlie Ayers is the former Executive Chef for Google.  Chef Charlie left Google in 2005 and opened his Calafia Cafe &amp; Market A Go-Go in Palo Alto, CA in January of 2009.  

Chef Charlie is also the author of:
